As each month draws to a close begin the process of setting goals for the upcoming month. Set goals around the following criteria:
1. # of new personally enrolled Associates
2. # of new Preferred Customers
3. Amount of volume in your Strong Leg and your Pay Leg
4. Amount of $ your are going to earn
As you go through the month monitor your progress. Set your goals so that they are a stretch. Understand that each goal has a certain amount of activity (phone calls, contacts, plan viewings, etc) that are required to achieve each one.
Remember, your plans (activity level) may change, but your goals remain intact. The only person you are racing is yourself. Set yourself up for victory.
